Dog Daycare & Boarding Contracts

If your pet is feeling under the weather..

• To ensure the safety of all pets in our care, please keep your pet at home if you suspect that they may be ill. Symptoms include, but are not limited to: coughing, hacking, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, etc. If your pet is sick upon arrival, they will not be allowed to stay. If after arrival your pet shows signs of being sick, we will contact you or your emergency contact to come pick them up. The full rate for the reserved boarding stay will apply. 

Boarding Refund Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of arrival in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of your pets stay if your reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival. 

Daycare Refund Policy: 

• We require 24 hours notice for Daycare cancellations. If you cancel the morning of, at our discretion, we reserve the right to charge the full day fee. If you are a No Call, No Show more than once, we reserve the right to terminate your contract without notice.
