Policies

Daycare Drop Off: 

• Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 8 am 

Daycare Pick Up: 

• Monday - Friday 4 pm - 5 pm 

*No Daycare on Weekends!

Boarding Drop Off or Pick Up: 

• Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 8 am or 4 pm - 5 pm 
• Saturday - Sunday  6:30am - 8 am or 2 pm - 3 pm

Please keep in mind our Boarding rates are based on a 24 hour rate or less. 

Example- If you drop off Friday at 8am for 2 nights please plan to pick up your pet by 8am Sunday. If you plan to pick up during our afternoon time slot then a daycare fee for that day will apply. 

For Daycare, a fee of $1 per minute per dog will be charged for late pickups after 5pm.

Our days are structured and our time is valuable. We prefer as few interruptions as possible so we may give our undivided attention to each pet in our care. We reserve the right to charge $20 per hour late fee or another nights boarding fee at our discretion for drop offs/pick ups outside of our posted hours. 

If your pet is feeling under the weather..

• To ensure the safety of all pets in our care, please keep your pet at home if you suspect that they may be ill. Symptoms include, but are not limited to: coughing, hacking, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, etc. If your pet is sick upon arrival, they will not be allowed to stay. If after arrival your pet shows signs of being sick, we will contact you or your emergency contact to come pick them up. The full rate for the reserved boarding stay will apply. 

Boarding Refund Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of arrival in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of your pets stay if your reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival. 

Daycare Refund Policy: 

• We require 24 hours notice for Daycare cancellations. If you cancel the morning of, at our discretion, we reserve the right to charge the full day fee. If you are a No Call, No Show more than once, we reserve the right to terminate your contract without notice. 

While we take care of your pets 365 days a year, we do observe holidays. We will NOT be open for Dog Boarding drop offs or pick ups on the following holidays:  

• Easter
• Memorial Day
• July 4th
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• New Year's Day

In addition we will also not be available on the following dates: 

• 11/27 - No Drop off or Pickup
• 11/28 - No PM Pickup
• 12/24 - No PM Drop off
• 12/25 - No Drop off or Pickup

No Daycare on these days, just boarding.
