Please bring your dog’s food, any necessary medications, and a collar. 

Food: Keeping your pet on their regular diet helps prevent tummy troubles. 

Medication: All medication should come in original packaging, labeled with vet directions. 

Collar: All dogs must arrive wearing a secure collar. 

Comfort items: We provide raised beds and blankets, but you can send a toy or something that smells like home if you’d like.

At Ally’s Pet Sitting Service, we prioritize a calm, low-stress environment for our guests. Because many dogs are sensitive to new people and activity, we don’t offer in-person tours. I’m always happy to answer questions, describe our setup, and share photos. I also recommend a trial night for new boarders. 

Yes — always. Unlike many local facilities, Ally’s Pet Sitting Service offers true 24/7 onsite care — your dog is never left alone at night. Your pets are supervised around the clock so they’re safe, comfortable, and cared for at all hours.

Absolutely. We welcome senior dogs and give them the extra support they need—more frequent potty breaks, slower-paced activities, or even time in the office with us instead of busy areas. Their comfort always comes first. 

Yes! We can administer medication up to twice a day at no extra cost, including pills and topical treatments. If your dog struggles with meds, we’ll communicate with you so we can work together. 

To keep all dogs safe and healthy, we require: 

* Rabies 

* Bordetella 

* Distemper 

* Flea/tick prevention 

Dogs are assigned to kennels based on size and temperament. Each kennel is clean, secure, and provides a peaceful, private space to rest between playtimes. And with staff onsite 24/7, your dog is always monitored and never left alone.

Every dog’s day is safe, structured, enriching, and supported — with a person onsite at all hours.

We follow strict cleaning routines to keep everything sanitary and safe: 

* Sloped floors for full disinfecting and drainage 

* Immediate cleanup of any accidents using KennelSol 

* Vacuuming throughout the day 

Deep cleaning between each dog, including: 

* Scrubbing surfaces 

* Applying veterinary-grade sanitizer 

* Rinsing with hot water 

* Drying with squeegee/fans 

* Advanced air filtration inside the kennel area.
